FAQsWhen are you closed for your christmas break and can we place orders during this time? We are closed from the 23rd December to the 4th January, you are welcome to place orders online during this time and they will be processed as soon as we return, we will check our emails during the break so you are welcome to email any query. The prices show they include engraving of up to 12 words, Can I add more words? You can add additional words at a cost of 10p per word. We will advise you on the maximum number of words depending on the piece you would like engraving as there is a limited amount of engravable space on each piece and the more text you would like the smaller the font size. I would like to see bigger images, is this possible? Yes if you go into the product description and click on the image again it will show a larger version. We are happy also to email extra images on request. I would like to add my own design or corporate logo is this possible? We can engrave complex logos logos and designs onto the glass, there is no additional charge if this is sent in the correct format which is a solid black and white (no shade of grey) illustrator (eps) file or high res JPG. If you do not have it in this format we can still do your logo but we would have to redraw it for you for a one off charge (approx £10-£15 depending how complex the logo is). We would then keep your logo on file for you for future use. What are your lead times and how quickly can you do an order if I need it urgently? Generally orders take around 1 to 2 weeks. If you need it by a certain date please let us know and we will advise if this is possible. If you need an item urgently we do orders within a week if the glassware is in stock this has an express order charge of £10 inc vat. Can I see a proof of the engraving? This can be done on request so if you would like a proof please let us know when you place your order. What kind of guarantee is given? All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order we will replace it foc for you. How are the orders sent and what happens if the glass gets broken in transit? We use quality carriers DHL. All orders are well packed but if something does get broken we will send out a replacement FOC for you. Do you ship outside the UK? We do ship all around the world, the only extra charges are the shipping costs which are worked out on the weight of the order. Please contact us to find out more information. Can I add a photo to be engraved? We can engrave photos permantely onto glass using a halftone technique which produces a true likeness onto the glass, we have examples of this on the website. This does incur an additional charge as the is mor complex than ordinary engraving, usually around £10-£15 varing on the piece. Do you do bulk orders? We can quote for larger orders, please let us know which product you are interested in and we will give you a quote. Also for large orders we can print onto the glass which can offer a good alternative for budget orders. I would like different engraving on a pair of glasses is this possible? We are happy to engrave items differently for you, if you let us know in the engraving box for example (glass 1) - details, (glass 2) - details etc. Alternatively please order the item online and then you can email the text for each piece. I wish to specify the layout is this possible? Generally we will do the layout to suit the glass but if you would like the engraving set out in a certain way please email this to us after you have placed the order showing how you would like the text to look. If you only choose text we will add a scroll under it as this finishes the engraving. I live quite close to where you are, can I collect the order? Yes although we do not have a retail premises we are happy for you to collect your order, if you choose international delivery on ordering you will not be charged and we will then advise you when your order is ready to collect. There are certain designs such as the Birthday Cork etc which say you can put ay age or anniversary, how do I let you know? The easiest way is at the end of your engraving details put in brackets- ( I would like " " in the design) or again you can email us to confirm this stating your order no at the top of the email. I would like the heraldic Crest but it is not in the designs how do I order it? Again please put after your engraving details + heraldic crest name of (" "). If you only like the crest please put in the engraving box - Heraldic crest only required name of " ". |
