We have been upgrading the site and unfortunately some of the engraving details are not showing on all the products. If you would like a product which doesn't have the engraving details showing please send us an email with the product details and we sort the product out - info@glass-creations.co.uk.
The prices show they include engraving of up to 12 words, Can I add more words?
You can add additional words at a cost of 10p per word. We will advise you on the maximum number of words depending on the piece you would like engraving as there is a limited amount of engravable space on each piece and the more text you would like the smaller the font size.
I would like to see bigger images, is this possible?
Yes if you go into the product description and click on the image again it will show a larger version. We are happy also to email extra images on request.
I would like to add my own design or corporate logo is this possible?
We can engrave complex logos logos and designs onto the glass, there is no additional charge if this is sent in the correct format which is a solid black and white (no shade of grey) illustrator (eps) file or high res JPG. If you do not have it in this format we can still do your logo but we would have to redraw it for you for a one off charge (approx £10-£15 depending how complex the logo is). We would then keep your logo on file for you for future use.
What are your lead times and how quickly can you do an order if I need it urgently?
Generally orders take around 1 to 2 weeks. If you need it by a certain date please let us know and we will advise if this is possible. If you need an item urgently we do orders within a week if the glassware is in stock this has an express order charge of £10 inc vat.
Can I see a proof of the engraving?
This can be done on request so if you would like a proof please let us know when you place your order.
What kind of guarantee is given?
All of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order we will replace it foc for you.
How are the orders sent and what happens if the glass gets broken in transit?
We use quality carriers DHL. All orders are well packed but if something does get broken we will send out a replacement FOC for you.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We do ship all around the world, the only extra charges are the shipping costs which are worked out on the weight of the order. Please contact us to find out more information.
Can I add a photo to be engraved?
We can engrave photos permantely onto glass using a halftone technique which produces a true likeness onto the glass, we have examples of this on the website. This does incur an additional charge as the is mor complex than ordinary engraving, usually around £10-£15 varing on the piece.
Do you do bulk orders?
We can quote for larger orders, please let us know which product you are interested in and we will give you a quote. Also for large orders we can print onto the glass which can offer a good alternative for budget orders.
I would like different engraving on a pair of glasses is this possible?
We are happy to engrave items differently for you, if you let us know in the engraving box for example (glass 1) - details, (glass 2) - details etc. Alternatively please
order the item online and then you can email the text for each piece.
I wish to specify the layout is this possible?
Generally we will do the layout to suit the glass but if you would like the engraving set out in a certain way please email this to us after you have placed the order showing how you would like the text to look. If you only choose text we will add a scroll under it as this finishes the engraving.
I live quite close to where you are, can I collect the order?
Yes although we do not have a retail premises we are happy for you to collect your order, if you choose international delivery on ordering you will not be charged and we will then advise you when your order is ready to collect.
There are certain designs such as the Birthday Cork etc which say you can put ay age or anniversary, how do I let you know?
The easiest way is at the end of your engraving details put in brackets- ( I would like " " in the design) or again you can email us to confirm
this stating your order no at the top of the email.
I would like the heraldic Crest but it is not in the designs how do I order it?
Again please put after your engraving details + heraldic crest name of (" "). If you only like the crest please put in the engraving box - Heraldic crest only required name of " ".
How To Shop
You can either browse using our catagories on each side or if you know the type of glassware you are looking for you can type this into the quick search bar at the top and click on the search button. In each catagory there is a selection of the glassware available, when you go into the piece you are looking for you can click again on this image to show a bigger picture of the item. All the images that are shown engraved are for illustrative purposes only and are not indicative of orders, they are to show how this item will look.
All items should have a size and an engraving area so you can appreciate how the finished article will look.
If the glassware you are choosing is available in different sizes choose the right size from the drop down bar, if there is any additional cost this will show.
To personalise your glass :-
1 - Fill out the engraving you would like on each line.
2 - Choose your design from the selection - if you click on view images and then choose the one you would like from the drop down menu
3- If choosing a design which requires a number please put this in the box shown, this only applies the designs such as the birthday/Anniversary wreath/cork etc not the standard designs.
4- Choose the font you would like the engraving in. If this is left blank we will select a standard font for you.
5 - Click on buy it now to complete the process where you will be then be able to choose the delivery options and available and be taken to our secure payment site.
6 - If you like a proof for your order please then send us an email with your order no on and we will be happy to send this to you for approval, these are only sent out on request.
You will receive an email with all your personal and engraving details on after the order is place. Please check this carefully and let us know if you have any queries.
Despatch Times and Carriage costs :-
Delivery times are usually around 2 weeks and items are sent with DHL (the cost of this is £8.81 inc vat). We would suggest if you require your order quicker than this you select the Express option when selecting delivery details. (The cost of the express delivery is £14.10 inc vat) this will ensure your order is dispatched within a max of a week from when your order is placed (this is worked out from the first day after your order is placed). We also recommend that you send us an email to info@glass-creations.co.uk letting us know when you require your order by to avoid disappointment. We try our best to keep as many items in stock as possible but if unfortunately your crystal is not in stock we will advise you asap and offer a replacement or advise when it will be in.

Engraving details can be advised when you order online where are are design options for you to choose from and also the font you would like the text in and a space to let us know the text you would like on your crystal, you can also upload your own design or logo to be engraved. (there is a small additional charge if we have to redraw this to use it for engraving). If you only choose text and no design we will generally add a scroll underneath it (unless we feel there is not enough room in the engraving space) as this makes the finished piece look better.
