Delivery Costs & Timescales
Despatch Times and Carriage costs :-
Delivery times are usually around 2 weeks and items are
sent with DHL (the cost of this is £8.81 inc vat). We would suggest if
you require your order quicker than this you select the Express option
when selecting delivery details. (The cost of the express delivery is
£14.10 inc vat) this will ensure your order is dispatched within a max
of a week from when your order is placed (this is worked out from the
first day after your order is placed). We also recommend that you send
us an email to info@glass-creations.co.uk letting us know when you
require your order by to avoid disappointment. We try our best to keep
as many items in stock as possible but if unfortunately your crystal is
not in stock we will advise you asap and offer a replacement or advise
when it will be in.
